PROJECT DETAILS

Tropicana Aman Sdn Bhd (TASB) developed a residential gated community strata consisting of 272 units of double storey semidetached houses, a community center, a guard house, three (3) units of TNB substation and the associated services and amenities in Mukim Tanjong Dua Belas. PanaHome (M) Sdn Bhd (PanaHome) has been appointed by TASB as the Design and Build Contractor for these construction works. VSP Consultant Sdn Bhd (VSP) has been appointed by PanaHome as the Structural and Geotechnical engineering consultant for the project.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of structural and geotechnical consultancy services provided include:

  • Precast structure design integrated with Japanese technology for the semi-detached double storey superstructure development.
  • Conventional R.C design for substructure works.
  • Submission of structural drawings and calculation to authorities.
  • Site coordination and supervision for main building works.

SPECIAL FEATURES

  • Special features for the SEMI- D include its internal ventilation, where one of its functions is heat insulation in the ceiling and home network & security system (using motor sensors, cameras and video intercom devised under
  • Panasonic Homes and Living. This in-house air circulation system is PureTech Technology from Japan.
  • The special appeal for the units is the architecture, which portrays a modem façade for the semidetached house.
  • Construction methods utilizing reinforced concrete precast panel technology ensure high and consistent quality building structure.
