Project Profile

Segi Objektif (M) Sdn Bhd is intended to develop a land of 71 acres (in 6 phases) which comprises of 770 units residential, shoplots and community amenities within the proposed site. Segi Objektif (M) Sdn Bhd appointed VSP Consultant as the Civil, Structural and Geotechnical consultant for this project.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of civil and structural consultancy services provided include:-

  • Interpretation of the available SI data.
  • Design of the building foundation.
  • Design of the infrastructure works e.g. earthworks, road and drain, water reticulation, sewerage.
  • Design of the structural work e.g. residential, and commercial.
  • Submission to local authority and all technical department e.g. LAP, IWK, JKR, JPS, MDK.
  • Preparation of the preliminary, tender and construction drawings.
  • Preparation of the specification.
  • Design support during Construction.
