PROJECT DETAILS
TNB proposed to develop a PMU on Lot PTD213111 in Mukim Plentong, Johor Bahru. This will serve as an important power supply to the utilization of electricity. VSP was appointed as the architect, geotechnical, civil & structural consultant for the proposed development.
The scope of architectural & civil consultancy services provided include:
- Planning and development of the architectural drawings.
- Planning and design of the earthwork platform levels for cut and fill analysis, silt traps and temporary earth drains during construction.
- Planning and design of all surface drainage including cut off drains from external discharge in accordance to MASMA guidelines.
- Planning and design of proposed road network profile and geometric.
- Planning and design of overall water reticulation system.
- Planning and design of sewerage network for the proposed development.
- Preparation of submission drawings / reports to obtain approval from local authorities, SAJ, JKR, JPS, PPSPPA and IWK
- Design and development of all structural elements including rc-pile, pad footing and raft foundations, beams, slabs, column and shear walls for substation units
