Pahang state government is proposing to develop an administrative centre on Lot 26179 in Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Kuantan. The development consists of state legislative assembly building, a menteri besar office, a state secretarial building, federal government buildings and infrastructure facilities. GCU was appointed as the geotechnical & structural consultant for the proposed development.
SCOPE OF WORKS
The scope of geotechnical & civil consultancy services provided include:-
- The scopes includes structural and geotechnical design for;
- Design and development of all structural elements including rc-pile, pad footing and raft foundations, beams, slabs, column and shear walls & liftcore walls for development.
- Review shop drawings and designs for structural steel works for floors and roofs
- Design & technical support during construction and CCC
Pusat Pentadbiran Sultan Ahmad Shah is esteemed to be an iconic building in State of Pahang. The building which resembles the state emblem comprises of

Block B – State Assembly Hall
Block C – State Secretariat Building

and other ancillary buildings.
