Top Glove is proposing to develop a Gamma Sterilization facility to sterilize the rubber gloves that they produce. GCU as the architectural, civil, structure and geotechnical Consultant for this project responsible for all civil and structural elements.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of civil consultancy services provided include: –

  • Structural design including foundation for Gamma radiation bunker
  • Preparation of all infra drawings including submission to local authority.
  • Preparation of architectural drawings including submission to local authority.
  • Preparation of the construction drawings.
  • Design support during construction
  • Obtain CCC for the project
  • Planning and design of overall water reticulation system.
  • Planning and design sewerage network for proposed development.
