Biocare Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd do an open tender scheme for construction the factory. The development will serve operation for pharma industry. Biocare Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd appointed GCU as the civil and structural consultant for this project responsible for all elements.

SCOPE OF WORKS

The scope of civil and structural consultancy services provided include:-

  • Interpretation of the available SI data.
  • Design of the building foundation.
  • Design of the infrastructure works e.g. earthworks, road and drain, water reticulation, sewerage.
  • Design of the structural work e.g. factory and facilities
  • Submission to PBT and all technical department e.g. JAP, IWK, JKR, JPS, MPPT.
  • Preparation of the preliminary, tender and construction drawings.
  • Preparation of the specification.
  • Design support during Construction.
